The Menu

Appetizer:

Tostones rellenos with shrimp creole. (Vegetarian option available)

Tostones rellenos are a popular Caribbean appetizer consisting of a crispy, twice-fried green plantain cups filled with shrimp creole. Shrimp creole is a delicious and fragrant Cuba-style shrimp cooked in a spiced red sauce. The vegetarian version includes the same spiced red sauce used to slowly simmer multicolored carrots.

Soup:

Cuban-Style Black Bean Soup

A silky, aromatic, and comforting dish characterized by its rich and earthy taste. A slightly toasted slice of French baguette makes the perfect pair.

Salad:

Mixed Green Salad

Mixed greens with radicchio and cucumber dressed in a lemon vinaigrette

Main Course:

Ropa Vieja (Vegetarian option available)

A beloved Cuban dish, Ropa vieja is a slow-cooked, shredded beef in a savory tomato-based sauce. Flavors are bold, savory, and well-balanced.

The vegetarian option features eggplant, highlighting Cuban flavors at a different level.

Dessert:

Coconut Milk Custard topped with caramelized sugar

This creamy and silky-smooth dessert is the perfect dish to finish this delicious meal
